Following the by-elections held on Thursday, 29 May 2008 the Parish Council would like to welcome Councillors Jim Bates (Dial Park Ward) and Edward Gallacher (Offerton Hall Ward) onto the Parish Council. The Returning Officer has received a petition from ten local government electors in each of the Dial Park and Offerton Hall wards requesting that a bye-election be held in respect of the current vacancies.
