Following the by-elections held on Thursday, 29 May 2008 the Parish Council would like to welcome Councillors Jim Bates (Dial Park Ward) and Edward Gallacher (Offerton Hall Ward) onto the Parish Council. The Returning Officer has received a petition from ten local government electors in each of the Dial Park and Offerton Hall wards requesting that a bye-election be held in respect of the current vacancies. The election must now take place within 60 days of notice of the vacancies. For further information on the election and the process to be followed, please click here.

Your Parish Council meets on a regular basis to discuss issues relating to issues in your Parish. Residents are welcome to attend and listen to your Parish Councillors make decisions affecting your area and you can raise issues at the beginning of the meeting.
